Description

The Helmholtz-SESAME soft x-ray beamline "HESEB" has been officially been inaugurated on June 12th, 2022.  The extreme brilliance of the beamline and its energy range, soft X-rays between 90 and 1800 eV, will greatly expand the experimental capability of SESAME.  Commissioning of the new beamline has started and the phase of friendly user operations was entered. Now is the time to reach out to the science community and to inform all potential users about the capabilites of HESEB.

This was the goal of the first HESEB workshop on September 8th and 9th, 2022, which was hosted by Istanbul University.

The presentations and the posters have been published. Please go to the Timetable. For each topics of the agenda you will see at link to the respective slides of the presentation. The posters are all included in the first poster session on day 1.

Please note that it will take some more days until all presentations and posters will be available.
