Payments & Cancellation

The following means of payment are available for participants:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa Card)
  • Pay Pal

Upon completion of the registration process, an electronic confirmation of the registration will be generated by the system and automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. Please do not send any payments by bank transfer without quoting the invoice number and the participant’s name included in the payment details. Payments without the required reference information cannot be processed.

Your participation can be confirmed only when the registration fees have been paid in full. Those participants whose participation fees have not been settled before the event will not be granted access to the HMC Conference 2025. Please e-mail any amendments or cancellations regarding your participation to VMSSupport@dlr.de

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by e-mail to VMSSupport@dlr.de

Please refer to the following important deadlines for cancellation for the onsite participation:

  • Until 4 April 2025, 100% refund, minus 50 € administration charge,
  • Until 11 April 2025, 50 % refund minus a 50 € administrative charge,
  • After 11 April 2025, no refund.

Please note that refunds will be made after the HMC Conference 2025.
