Presentation Information and Instructions
1. TALK
10 min presentation followed by 2 min Q&A; for the presentation we recommend a font size of 20
Please hand in your presentation (pptx or pdf) at least 2h before your talk at the registration desk
2. POSTER&PITCH
Pitch: 1min oral pitch without presentation
Poster: A0 portrait format, printed
The poster can already be hung up on the poster boards on the first day of the conference (18:00-18:45).
(Printing at the venue is not possible.)
3. DEMO
(Optional pitch: 1min oral pitch without presentation during the pitch session on Monday afternoon)
Equipment provided at the venue: Poster board, standing table/table, power socket and Wifi
The demo stands can be prepared on Tuesday from 8.15 am. The demos will be presented in the same rooms and at the same time as the posters.
4. WORKSHOP & TUTORIAL
Duration: 1-2 hours
Single room for ~12-20 people
Equipment provided at the venue: Beamer and screen, flipchart
