General information
The organizers of the conference invite authors to submit abstracts for presentation at the HMC Conference 2025, in Cologne, Germany from 12-14 May 2025. The conference will be held in presence only. Accordingly, on-site presence is absolutely essential in order to present your content.
The submission process consists of 5 steps:
Step 1: Pre-registration for the conference as part of the abstract submission process (details of name, contact, affiliation, etc. are requested here)
Step 2: Submission of an abstract via the Abstract Submission button on the website (here you upload the abstract text, choose your favourite topic track(s) and provide additional information on co-authors, keywords, etc.)
Step 3: The submitting author will receive a confirmation email about the successful submission.
Step 4: The submitting author will be notified of abstract acceptance by email no later than 4 April 2025.
Step 5: After the confirmation of acceptance, the regular registration is mandatory and includes the payment of the registration fee. Therefore, we will provide a link with the acceptance confirmation to finalise the registration and payment.
The final decision on the presentation format is subject to the decision of the Program Committee. Depending on the type of abstract and its content as well as the total number of submitted abstracts, the Program Committee may allocate it to a poster session rather than an oral presentation.
Please note: One person can only submit one abstract. The submitting person will be listed as first author and presenter.
Accepted contributions are expected to be presented on-site.
The organiser HMC reserves the right to print and publish the abstracts of all accepted contributions.
