Registration to the Conference
Registration for the conference has two steps:
- Abstract Submission (optional).
- Participant Registration (mandatory).
- Apply for financial support (optional, only if needed)
1) Abstract submission
Abstract submission closed on April 2. Speakers will be informed about the selection of abstracts by April 30.
2) Participant registration
All participants (invited, contributed contribution, or attendance of the conference) are required to register:
The conference fee structure is as follows:

PhD student or young postdoc (PhD+2) | 200 € |
Regular participant, early bird discount (early bird deadline has passed) | 450 € |
Regular participant, Society member, early bird discount (early bird deadline has passed) | 400 € |
PhD student or young postdoc (PhD+2), early bird discount (early bird deadline has passed) | 150 € |
Detailed explanations of participant categories
Category | Explanation |
Society member | Individual Member of the European Physical Society (EPS) or individual member of a recognized national physical or astronomical society. In order to qualify for the discount, the name of the society and the membership number must be provided when registering. |
Early bird discount | In order to qualify for the early bird discount, participants must register and pay by 6.6.2024. |
PhD student or young postdoc | PhD students should supply a letter of support by their supervisor confirming their status as PhD student. Young postdocs (up to 2 years after the date on the PhD certificate at the time of the conference) should supply a copy of their PhD certificate to confirm their status. |
