Abstract submission has opened on 26.01.2024 and will close on 02.04.2024 (11:59 CEDT), see Important Dates.
The selection of abstracts for plenary oral presentations, or for poster presentations will be based on the suggestions made by the conference’s Scientific Advisory Board.
In order to foster interdisciplinary discussions, the NPA-XI conference will include only plenary sessions. All talks are plenary talks! There will be a mix of experimental and theoretical talks in each session. On Monday evening there will be a poster viewing reception. Posters will be displayed for the duration of the meeting in the foyer of the meeting room. Selected posters will in addition get a chance for a 1-minute flash presentation in one of the plenary sessions.
How to log in and submit an abstract
Abstract Submission requires you to log in to this indico page with your home institution's institutional credentials.
Please click Submit new Abstract on the bottom right of this page. In the list of Institutions, please choose your home institution (you can use the search bar to narrow down the list of options), and proceed with your own institutional login.
Most research institutions worldwide are listed and can be used to log in. If your institution is not listed, ORCID, GitHub or Google credentials can also be used to login.
Once logged in, you have to create an Indico profile. Afterwards, you are guided to the abstract submission.
Problems with abstract submission?
If none of the above mentioned login options work for you, please contact the conference organizers at NPA-XI@tu-dresden.de and attach your abstract (plain text) to the e-mail message. We will register your abstract manually.
