The meeting will take place in person at HZB Wannsee. We will provide a video streaming of the meeting, but online participants will not be able to take part in the interactive agenda items.

We are happy to invite you to a DIY Burger BBQ (two different patties and vegetarian pattie, grilled vegetables, sauces and salads). 

Shuttle:

You can let us know in the registration form if you need a shuttle from the hotel to HZB Wannsee (and back).

Event Safety & Hygiene Measures:

Since the hygiene measures due to Covid-19 pandemic change regularly, we will keep the information about the current measures up to date regularly.

To meet the requirements of the HZB hygiene concept, please note that every guest at the HZB must comply with the German 3G rules (vaccinated, or recovered, or tested). The status is checked upon arrival. Be sure to have the necessary confirmations and your passport ready at the site entrance, otherwise entry will be denied.

According to the newly tightened HZB rules, every participant is asked to perform an Antigen (self-) test before the event.

Further, on the HZB campus, FFP2 masks must be worn indoors at all times (except for speakers). Once you have reached the seat, the conference room is large enough to allow the minimum distance between participants.
