You need to clone 2 GitHub repositories into the same directory:
1st NuPyCEE https://github.com/NuGrid/NuPyCEE
2nd JINAPyCEE https://github.com/becot85/JINAPyCEE
All the instructions for cloning etc. are at the bottom of each webpage.
If you can't clone Git repositories or you are struggling, you can request access to a google drive where Kate Womack has the code stored and set up ready to do the labs

Kate (k.a.womack-2017{(AT)}hull.ac.uk) can give you access to the drive directory when you request it by email.
Further, you also need some way to view jupyter notebooks. So you have to install anaconda:
