We process the necessary data that you enter in order to use it for the planning and organization of your desired event and transmit the data to Dussmann Stiftung & Co. KGaA (hotline@dussmanngroup.com), which is responsible for security at the event. We delete your data as soon as the event is over. The basis for authorization is Art. 6 para. 1 b 2nd Alt.DS-GVO, or lit. a, for optional (voluntary) data. You can request information about the personal data concerning you at any time and, if necessary, rectification or erasure or restriction of processing. You also have the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority. The voluntarily entered data can be freely revoked at any time.
