In brief:
- For interested early-birds, we will gather for a pre-meeting dinner on Sept 11 evening, in Cologne.
- For members of HIFIS SAB and Federation Board, we will have an additional closed session (hybrid) on Sept 12 10:00-12:00.
- The main event will last from Sept 12 noon, to Sept 13 early afternoon.
- For interested, we will have a tour on DLR campus on Sept 13 early afternoon.

Please do your reservations asap in any of the following nearby hotels:

- ART Hotel - approx 20 mins walk from DLR
- Moxy Köln Bonn Flughafen - approx 30 min with public transport; or 10 min with Taxi from DLR
- B&B Troisdorf - approx 30 min with public transport; or 15 min with Taxi from DLR
