IMC-IV Workshop 2024 registration

In the late registration you will be assigned a poster by default. If you want an oral presentation, please contact the respective discussion leaders.
The registration is processed through a third party company "Converia".
When registering, please consider and remember the following:
- All presenting in-person attendees are required to register.
- The presentation title submission will be part of the registration process.
- The presentation title submission is ONLY possible during the registration process.
- There will be no on-site registration. All participants need to register online before attending the meeting.
- After successful completion of the registration process, you will receive two confirmation emails from imc-iv@express.converia.de.
- Please note that in general the registration fee is non-refundable.
The presentation title(s) should be submitted by midnight (12:00 AM CET) April 21st.

Presentation title submission
Please note the following:
- The presentation title submission will be part of the registration process (Early Bird and Standard). The presentation titles can be submitted until April 21.
- Registration after April 21 is also possible, but we cannot guarantee a presentation time slot.
- We do not require the submission of a full abstract and only the titles of the presentations are requested.
- There will be no abstract/presentation title fees.
- We cannot guarantee the type of presentation, which will be selected by the program committee.
- We allow a maximum of two presentation submissions per in-person attending participant.
- You will find the type and time of your presentation when the program is published on our website.
- Only participants who were invited by the discussion leaders to present in a specific session will be allocated longer time slots for their presentations. Please also note that receiving a general solicitation to participate in the conference does not entitle participants to receive a longer presentation time slot.
