Presentation Information
To optimize the time during the sessions, we kindly ask you to upload your slides no later than the day before your scheduled presentation. For uploading the presentations, we have set up a directory in Nextcloud (for privacy reasons we only share this link via email - subject IMC-IV workshop important information). The structure is organized by day, followed by session name with a corresponding time.
To ensure walk-in presentations and sharing last-minute results/slides we provide zoom links for every session (for privacy reasons we only share this link via email - subject IMC-IV workshop important information).
The goal of the presentations is not to provide a lot of technical details, but instead to raise questions and to initiate discussions. The presentation time will be matched by an equal time allocated to in-depth discussions to promote the exchange of ideas and foster interdisciplinary collaborations. The contributed presentations will consist of a 5-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute discussion period, and invited presentations will consist of a 10-minute presentation followed by a 10-minute discussion period. We recommend for contributed talks a total number of 4 slides, and for invited talks a total number of 8 slides.
You can find a PDF version of the program here. Please check the PDF for your name and presentation. There will be no separate notification email about your presentation. If you do not see your name on the list, please contact the respective discussion leaders and CC imc-iv@gfz-potsdam.de. We have reserved extra time for additional discussions and walk in presentations.
