We are happy to welcome you to our HIFIS All-Hands meeting in 2023. We are looking forward to meet at HZDR in Dresden this time.

We will gather to

• keep all branches of HIFIS and our stakeholders updated on our progress and development directions,
• foster networking,
• develop our working groups to align with the forseeable future developments of HIFIS, also in the light of the results of the Helmholtz Assembly of Members in September.

We provide the possibilty for closed sessions for our boards (SAB, Fedboard).

Registration

Please register for the event until July 31, 2023.

Accomodation

We have reserved rooms in Dorint Hotel Dresden to allow everyone to stay in the same hotel. Please use the code that will be sent to you via the registration confirmation mail. The rate is 115€/night incl. breakfast. Rooms are blocked until 11. September 2023.

How to find the HZDR main campus

A valid identification document is required for access to the HZDR campus.

If needed, we organize shuttles from and to the hotel.
