Annual meeting of the Arctic PASSION project consortium
The meeting is open to all project partners, and Advisory Board members and external collaborators are particularly welcome.
The meeting is organised by the Alfred Wegener Institute and financed through the EU H2020 Arctic PASSION project.

HOW TO GET TO THE MEETING:
The international airport closest to the venue is Milano Malpensa. The transfer service ALIBUS from Malpensa to Baveno is active between April and October and can be booked online.
The international train station closest to the venue is Milano Centrale. For transfer from Milano Centrale, the train line Milan to Domodossola - Brig - Geneva stops in Stresa, and then a taxi service can be used to Baveno (4 km). Train tickets can be booked online.

If someone would like to take the ferry, they could get off the train coming from Milano/Busto Arsizio at either Arona, Stresa or Baveno. Tickets and timetable are available online.
PLEASE NOTE: On Saturday 20 May from 12:30 to 17:30 the road to the hotel will be closed due to a cyclist event (Giro d'Italia).
IMPORTANT:
The workshop on 26 May 2023 will be held at the Competence Centre on Participatory and Deliberative Democracy, European Commission – Joint Research Centre (Via Enrico Fermi, 2749, 21027 Ispra (VA), Italy). A permit is needed to access the JRC building.
