Optional EU-Quarter Excursion (≈ 3 hour activity)
As part of the 2025 Annual Meeting we are arranging an optional half-day trip to Brussels’ European Quarter. If numbers allow, the programme will pair a bespoke policy briefing at the European Commission Visitors’ Centre with a guided stroll past landmarks such as the European Parliament and the House of European History. The precise itinerary will be finalised once we know how many participants sign up. Look forward to first-hand insight into EU policymaking, plenty of Q&A time and an easy-going chance to network.

- This is an optional activity!
- Meeting Time: approx. 2:00 pm
- Meeting Location: Gare du Bruxells, Rue de la Loi, 1040 Bruxelles, Belgium
- Travel: we will go by regular Leuven-Brussels train; participants purchase their own ticket (approx. 6.70 euro each way). Train timing details will be provided closer to the date.
- Cost: all venue admissions are free.
- What to bring: valid passport or national ID – and a curious mind!
