This workshop aims to bring together researchers working with zebrafish to discuss recent advances and challenges in image and video analysis. Participants will have the opportunity to present their work in short oral presentations, share challenges they face, and discuss methods, tools, and approaches that could help improve zebrafish imaging workflows. Topics will also include strategies for storing, archiving, and organizing image and video data in line with FAIR principles.
Following the presentations, a roundtable discussion will provide an opportunity to explore potential joint activities, required tools, and supporting infrastructures to facilitate zebrafish imaging analyses.
