20. Addressing IT knowledge gaps

HIFIS's task is to provide seemless consultant and cloud services to domain scientists within and also outside Helmholtz. However, in many cases, scientists are not aware of - and more often have no incentive to dig into - best practices of software engineering and cloud services.

We'd like to get your ideas on addressing this "IT knowledge gap" to foster convergence of scientist's demands...

24. User-oriented Cloud Portfolio
