Rooms for workshop participants have been reserved in selected hotels in the vicinity of the workshop venue. Please fill out this form and submit it to the email address specified in the form to complete your hotel reservation.
COVID-19 preventive measures
To ensure a safe working environment, we plan to enforce 2G plus rules during this event. This means that all participants need to be either fully vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19 (at most within three months). Additionally, participants need to perform a COVID-19 rapid antigen test daily. Test kits will be provided at check in. Please perform a self-test before checking in on the first day. If you test positive, please do not come to the workshop venue and contact us if you need assistance. We will monitor the situation and post updates here.
