The Show&Tell-Session gives the participants the opportunity to show existing/planned work to provide input for the discussions during the world-café.

Instructions for the presenters
1. The session will start with lightning talks in the full group. Every presenter will get 1 slide and 2 minutes to introduce what they will show. The purpose of this is to allow the remote participants to get an overview of available presentations.
2. Then every talk will be given a table and a zoom room. You need to bring your own laptop and connect to your specific room. You can then share what you want and the remote participants will also be able to see it.
The tables will be placed together in an open space so the in-person participants easily can move between the stations. Because of background noise and privacy laws the remote participants will be instructed to ask questions over the chat.
Charging stations will be available and support in case you run into issues with zoom.
