The World-Café is the core of the workshop. The purpose of it is to facilitate brainstorming and discussions among the participants.
It works as follows:
- The participants are divided into groups. Separate groups will exist for remote participants.
- Each group visits each station where a specific topic is discussed. A station has a moderator which helps to moderate the discussions and keep track of what is being said for summing it up later.
- Ideas and suggestions are written down on a board which is visible for the following groups so they can comment and add to it.
Reports summarising the discussions will be written and distributed after the workshop.
