This workshop is intended to showcase recent and future developments in the following areas:
- New and planned remote sensing instruments and missions
- Methods of remote sensing, including but not limited to artificial intelligence
- Applications of remote sensing products
We welcome contributions on all topics. Each of the fields will be introduced by an invited keynote. The focus of the workshop is on interaction. Hence, we ask that the potential for collaboration is considered in oral and poster presentations.
Participation by early-career scientists is expressly encouraged.
In the second part of the workshop we will interactively develop perspectives for future joint work.
The workshop starts with a lunch option on the first day, and ends with a lunch option on the second. All participants are invited to a conference dinner on the first day. Depending on interest, a visit to some of KIT's remote sensing facilities may be offered after the end of the workshop.
