The accommodation expenses per night per person including half board will be 84 € for double-rooms and 104 € for single-rooms. Only a limited number of single-rooms is available, that are reserved for special cases and senior speakers.
Thanks to our sponsors, a limited number of students accepted to the school will receive financial support covering the remaining nights and meals. Students from the US who will participate in both the school and the conference, are eligible for IReNA support.
In addition, the following expenses are free of charge for all participants:
• coffee breaks and non-alcoholic beverages at the days with lectures
• transfer to and use of hands-on facilities
