the INGV Organising Team is very happy to welcome the project partners for the Geo-INQUIRE first Annual Meeting in Rome.       Plenary session 2 | Cross-cutting preparation WP6, 7, 8 and 9 (Hybrid)

      The goal of this session is to inform the project members about the activities of the cross-cutting work packages with respect to the scientific and strategic ambitions of Geo-INQUIRE. Each work package will present their relations to the work programme and the expected or necessary synergies with the pillar WPs (WP2 to 5) and the other cross-cutting WPs (WP6 to 9). These synergies should be targeted by the individual WPs in their breakout sessions.

      The breakout sessions shall focus on the aspects presented in Plenary Session 2 about cross-cutting synergies within the project and on the strategies for the implementation of the work programme in the second project year. The Transnational Access (TA) breakout will focus on the organisation of the first TA call, application and evaluation workflows, and communication with the Technical Evaluation Boards (TEBs).

      The goal of Plenary session 4 is to discuss the overall project evolution, strategic priorities and bottlenecks that may affect individual installations, WPs or the project as a whole. It is meant as a safe space to identify inconsistencies and to evaluate critically where the project can be improved.
