Statement
By sending the application form I confirm that I have carefully read the section 2 of the circular and that I accept the conditions as laid down therein and that I will, when accepted, conclude a travel and health/medical insurance for the duration of the course.
Declaration
I declare that the given information is true and that the GFZ is allowed to store the data for purposes of application/admission.
Data Protection
I hereby agree that my personal data is collected, processed and used only for the purpose of processing my application for the International Regional Training Course on "SEISMOLOGY, SEISMIC DATA ANALYSIS, HAZARD ASSESSMENT AND RISK MITIGATION". A storage of personal data beyond the processing period takes place only to the extent necessary for accounting purposes. Data without allowing a direct reference to the person are used for statistical evaluation. The revocation is possible at any time with the International Training Course organizing team.
