Registration for deRSE25 is handled via the KIT registration system. Please see the list of available ticket options. The registration is the same for deRSE25 and the co-located SE25 conference.
Tickets for deRSE always include the full conference (talks, poster session, workshops, BoFs, breaks and dinner); The Workshops option refers to the SE25 Workshops.
During registration you can select the type of pass and participation in the dinner (if applicable). Please make sure to insert the correct billing address, as an invoice will be issued to you by KIT shortly after finishing the registration process.

Space at the deRSE25 dinner is limited to 200 participants, places are assigned based on time of registration.
General Terms and Conditions for the registration for deRSE25:
- Registration for deRSE25 is binding.
- Cancellations or rebookings made in writing at least 21 calendar days prior to the start of the event result in a total exemption from the participation fee.
- Registration is only guaranteed after full payment of the participation fee.
- If participation is cancelled 20 or less calendar days prior to the start of the event or if the participant fails to appear, the full participation fee is due.
In individual cases, hardship provisions may apply and the organizers at KIT will take a decision on a case by case basis.
- The program might be subject to change after the time of registration.
- In the unlikely case of a cancellation by the organizers, payments already made will be reimbursed.
