The school will take place in the halls of Vila Lanna in Prague. Vila Lanna is a neo-renaissance building built in 1872 by the prominent industrialist and art collector Vojtěch Lanna as a summer residence. Today it is protected by the National Heritage Fund and since 1957 it has belonged to the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.

The workshop will take place in the Apollon's Hall of the Vila Lanna. During the workshop, other halls of the Vila Lanna will also be available for use (see here for more details ).
Accommodation at Villa Lanna
All students and lecturers will stay at Villa Lanna. Once you have been accepted to participate in the program, the LOC will book your accommodation. Breakfasts are included. You should pay for your accommodation at the reception desk upon arrival.
Lunches and Coffee Breaks
Lunches and three coffee breaks with snacks will be provided for all participants of the school at Villa Lanna. Menus will be prepared according to dietary requirements. Lunches for all five days of the school, including three coffee breaks with snacks per day, are included in the registration fee.
Visit to the Ondřejov Observatory and Prague city tour
On Wednesday, July 23, a visit to the Ondřejov Observatory will be organized via bus transportation, which is included in the registration fee. On Friday (July 25), a Prague city tour focusing on the city's mathematical, physical, and astronomical history will be organized for those interested. This tour is also included in the registration fee.
Czech currency
The official currency of the Czech Republic is the Czech crown (Kč/CZK). The exchange rate of the Czech crown to the euro and other currencies can be found on the websites of the Czech National Bank and the European Central Bank.
