The interactive keynote provides an overview of central topics that contribute to an effective supervision. It covers the relevant phases and steps in of the supervision process from onboarding to thesis completion. It also addresses vital aspects such as questions of effective communication, feedback and conflict resolution. Lastly, the keynote will also provide advice on how to provide the much needed extra motivation for a timely thesis termination, the last push.
