Privacy notice
The NFDI4Immuno consortium will process and store the data collected during the registration process for the following purposes: 1) Your name and institution for accounting and reporting purposes; 2) Your e-mail address for subscribing you to one or more mailing lists, which will be used to provide you with further information and updates on the meeting; 3) Any other information collected is optional, but might be required for certain services (e.g., dietary needs for the catering). The data will be stored until 2025-12-31. The legal basis for the before mentioned processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. a, b and f GDPR. In accordance with Art. 15 (1) lit. e and f GDPR you have the right to request from the controller rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of the data collected in during the registration process. The sign-up to the mailing lists will be performed via a double opt-in, i.e., you will receive a mail asking you to confirm your subscription a second time, until then you will not be subscribed to the mailing lists.
