CityCLIM uses in-situ and Earth Observation data for a high-resolution weather model to provide City Climate Services (e.g. Heat Island Simulation and Strategies). The Heat Sensation Map allows users to select their thermal comfort range and the CityCLIM Advanced Urban Weather Model map shows using a traffic light system the optimal areas for the user. The session will introduce the project and demonstrate the Heat Sensation engine, allowing participants to demo the app and provide feedback.
