Rooms:

The registration takes place on the ground floor, directly opposite the entry. The helpdesk is situated in the purple room (H2023, on the 2nd floor).

The opening session will take place in the black room (H1049) and the red room (H2050).

The break-out sessions will take place in the:

• red room (H2050)
• yellow room (H2041)
• black room (H1049) - only Thursday until lunch, thereafter: big blue room (H0049)
• white room (H1041) - only Thursday until lunch, thereafter: big blue room (H0049)

 

Break-out groups:

Final rooms will be assigned depending on group size. Tentative (only WP8 is set):

• WP5 (Evaluation of ocean mesoscale processes & interactions; Dian Putrasahan) in the black room (H1049), moved to the big blue room (H0049) after lunch break on Thursday
• WP6 (Impact of the ocean mesoscale and change of the ocean; Jin-Song von Storch & Anne Marie Treguier) in the white room (H1041), moved to the big blue room (H0049) after lunch break on Thursday
• WP7 (Impact of ocean mesoscane on climate-teleconnections; Chris Roberts & Hannah Christensen) in the yellow room (H2041)
• WP8 (Role of ocean mesoscale on regional climate-change; Pablo Ortega remotely) in the red room (H2050)

 

Please bear in mind: 

• The hackathon is planned as an on-site event only. It starts on the 2nd floor of Klußmannstraße 3, further information on the specific rooms is provided below.
• The hackathon lasts two full days - you might want to schedule your travel home for Saturday (as it takes at least around 2 hrs to get to Bremen airport).
