The supervision of doctoral researchers is a demanding task in which supervisors face manifold challenges. Trainings and workshops provide FZJ supervisors with a number of tools and first-hand experiences to improve the supervision experience and communicate more effectively with their doctoral researchers.

This year, the JuWAS working group offers a short online workshop for supervisors, which will be held on Thursday, December 1st 2022 from 9:30 to 11:00. The event is planned with an impulse talk, a panel discussion between supervisors in different roles, and discussion rounds in smaller groups. The overall topic is: The challenge of supervising doctoral researchers by several supervisors in different roles.
