Description

Background

In the annual Helmholtz AI project call, funded by the Initiative and Networking Fund (INF), we are looking for 'high risk, high gain' cross-field research projects in applied machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI). Selected projects can get up to €250k in funding from the INF, which has to be matched by the participating centers with the same amount of money or more (≥€250k). Projects should be completed within a maximum of three years. More details about this year's project call and already funded projects can be found on our website.

For the fifth year running, we are offering these information events where you will have the opportunity to learn about the call and ask live questions to the Helmholtz AI project management team. Importantly, you can also use this event to pitch your project ideas or expertise to other Helmholtz researchers.
