EERIE General Assembly 2026

Europe/Berlin
Description

The event will take place in person in Barcelona at the BSC-CNS for a whole week (Monday mid-day until Friday mid-day):

Monday morning is reserved for arrival and Friday afternoon for potential side-meetings as well as departure.

Since the BSC-CNS building is not public, you need to register and (re-)claim your badge whenever you enter the building again.

Please note:

All plenary sessions will be recorded.

For the breakout groups (BOGs): in case of high interest, we foresee parallel BOGs for the same topic to reduce the individual group size. If you are interested in hosting a breakout group, please get in touch.

WiFi at BSC-CNS:

  • eduROAM is available
  • for all others, there is a WiFi code on the badge
