On Tuesday 01 February 2022, Martin Voigt of Elevait GmbH (elevait.de), will give a talk about "Doing Machine Learning Projects in Teams"

Peter Steinbach, Head of Helmholtz AI consultant team @ HZDR will chair the session.

Abstract: The presentation will discuss how elevait is approaching to do machine learning in teams of 4-5 engineers using scrum. The presenter will first introduce the scrum method, then discuss how the roles of scrum are assigned at elevait and then present workflows in this setting.
