Registration for this workshop closes on mid of August. Please note that the hotel contingent is reserved until August 4, so that the booking code can no longer be used for registrations after this date.
Due to site restrictions, there will be a limit of 20 registrations. However, if the number of applicants vastly exceeds the current cap, we might re-organize and adopt accordingly. Anyhow, participants will be registered based on the timing of receipt of the applications (first come, first served). Participants will be notified shortly after their registration.
We kindly ask for fairness—please only sign up if you are certain you can attend.
After completing the registration form, you will receive an automated notification confirming that your registration has been received. Please note, this is NOT yet a confirmation of participation.
Confirmations will be sent out as soon as possible. If you are unable to attend for any reason, we ask you to withdraw or send a cancellation note with the course title in the subject line.
