The Submission of abstracts will be open till 15th June 2025.
Before submitting an abstract, download the template and read the submission instructions carefully!
We aim to publish a proceedings volume in AWI's Reports on Polar and Marine Research (Berichte zur Polar- und Meeresforschung, ISSN 1866-3192, 569–ff. (seit 2008)). The volume will also receive a DOI number. (Homepage of the series)
A good example is e.g. the Proceedings of last year's German Polar Meeting 2024 in Rauris.
We ask you to fill in the mandatory template. More details are explained in the manual to the template.
When registering, we ask you:
1. Copy the Title
2. Copy the Content, including references
3. Enter the authors and affiliations
4. Indicate your preference for contribution type: oral or poster
5. Upload the BzPM template you completed as attachment
6. Choose the session (track)
