Description

Short Summary

This course is intended to help those among the graduate researchers and post-docs who wish to prepare a short course for the graduate program. It will be based on an interactive discussion between the attendees about the course they wish to propose. It will be structured around the following topics:

- Defining the objectives of the course

- Defining and analyzing the target audience

- Defining a structure (content, duration, location)

- Preparing the course (material to be used, style, tools, reference list, theory vs practicals, assessment, …)

The only prerequisite is to have an idea/concept/topic about a course to be offered to the graduate program.
