Participants needing an invitation letter for obtaining their visa should register as early as possible and request an invitation letter. Please organize your accommodation several months in advance.
Abstract submission instructions
Please submit your abstract by completing the abstract submission form below.
The Program Committee will evaluate your abstract and (1) accept it as a contributed talk, (ii) as a poster, or (iii) not accept it.
We also ask invited speakers to submit their abstracts via this form.
The conference fee is EUR 100.
Participation in this event is moderated
The organisers will have to approve your application.
