Description

Welcome to the annual Topic 6 Symposium!

PLEASE WEAR A MEDICAL (ideally FFP2) MASK and TEST YOURSELF before coming!

'Kieler Woche' is taking place in the same week - so book your accomodations ASAP! (see suggestions below)

This meeting at Science Center Kiel (Fraunhoferstr. 13) is part of an annual series of Topic 6 Symposia rotating through our three involved centres. There will be exciting science updates from our four Subtopics, a poster session advertising on-going and planned initiatives and breakout groups to plan common future research activities.

With the noon-to-noon meeting design we leave room to visit the GEOMAR facilities and have further discussions in the afternoon.

Participation is free! (kindly sponsored by GEOMAR) So bring your colleagues and students.

You can find the agenda below. Have a look at the floor plan for orientation: Plenary sessions will take place in the merged "Siemens" and "Einstein" rooms. The poster session will be in the Foyer and "Bosch" room. The plenary room, "Bosch" and "Fraunhofer" rooms and one additional room on a different floor will be used for the breakout sessions. We will determine on Tuesday where which session will take place (based on a sign-up sheet).

Registration for participation and posters is closed now.

Contact us, if you have any questions, suggestions or concerns.

For more information on the PoF IV Program and Topic 6, have a look at our website!
