We are pleased to announce a new workshop advanced programming in R. Suitable for those already proficient with R.
Attendees will need to bring a laptop with R and RStudio installed, as these tools will be used throughout the course to facilitate hands-on learning and practical application.
Prerequisites: Laptop with R and RStudio installed
Date & Time: From 06.05 to 07.05.2025 from 9 AM to 4 PM each day, in person
Contents of the course include:
- Data manipulation (transformation, manipulation)
- Hands on: Work on data sets to clean and transform data
- Write your own functions and apply them to lists, data.frames, matrices
- Simple statistics (regression, pca)
- Advanced plotting with ggplot
