This 2-days-course offers a introduction to Metabarcoding with the R-package "dada2".

The workshop is aimed specifically at beginners and does not require any explicit knowledge of R-programming or Linux.

It covers basics of metabarcoding, file formats, data handling/preparation, workflow design and some R-programming.
