Description
An integral part of this year’s retreat will be a workshop on project management. As scientifically trained consultants working on diverse projects, we often face the challenge of coordinating multiple tasks and project phases simultaneously. Since many of us have not completed formal project management training, this workshop provides an opportunity to learn essential tools and methods that will help us manage projects more efficiently. This will enable us to apply our scientific expertise more effectively and to implement successful, well-structured projects with our partners.
