Am 28.11. gehen wir gemeinsam ins Gespräch mit Dr. Max Appenroth und klären was ein LGBTQIA+ Mitarbeitendennetzwerk ausmacht: ein Raum, in dem queere Menschen am Arbeitsplatz gemeinsam wachsen, sich austauschen und unterstützen können. Max beleuchtet die Potenziale solcher Netzwerke – von Best-Practice-Beispielen über den Umgang mit Vielfalt als Stärke bis hin zur Entwicklung einer konstruktiven Kritikkultur. Dabei schwenken wir auch einen Blick auf queere Geschichte und die Bedeutung von Intersektionalität und deren Rolle für marginalisierte Gruppen.

On November 28, we will be talking to Dr. Max Appenroth to find out what constitutes an LGBTQIA+ employee network: a space in which queer people can grow, exchange ideas and support each other in the workplace. Max sheds light on the potential of such networks - from best practice examples to dealing with diversity as a strength and developing a constructive culture of criticism. We also take a look at queer history and the importance of intersectionality and its role for marginalized groups.
