INM & IBI Retreat 2021 - Hackathon

Europe/Berlin
Description

The deadline for registration is September 24, 2021.

Would you like to connect to researchers from the various disciplines at INM or IBI? Are you keen to learn about their scientific backgrounds, methods, capabilities, and views? And does working in an interdisciplinary team on a small project to produce a prototypical solution in a very short time frame sound appealing to your creative ears? If yes, now is your chance!

Join us for the INM/IBI Retreat Hackathon
To be held on 29. and 30. September, 1 — 6pm
in a virtual format.

The goal of the Hackathon is to allow networking between the diverse aspects of the research being carried out at INM and IBI, as well as between the people driving that research! We have proposed some ‘seed’ project ideas that aim to cover a variety of aspects which might be interesting for researchers at the INM and IBI. These ideas will be advertised on the retreat’s webpage and updated continuously. You are also welcome to contribute your own project ideas, comprising small tasks that would benefit from different perspectives and that you would like to jointly work on with members of other disciplines. We heartily encourage you to send us your ideas!

To allow us to properly plan and set up the appropriate environment for the event, please register by September 24.

Please also send your project ideas (title + 2-sentence description) to s.wenzel@fz-julich.de.

You will find all relevant information also on the official retreat website (intranet)
