The goal of the meeting is to share information and provide clarity on how Postdoc salary level are determined at UFZ according to the collective bargaining agreement TVöD. PACE will provide information on who is involved in the process and highlight recent improvements. Afterwards, we would like to hear about your experiences with the process, and address any questions you may have.
This meeting is open to all interested UFZ employees, but priority will be given to current Postdocs and Group Leaders/PIs. Representatives of the works council and PhD representation (do-it) will be invited to join as well.
