AI in Everydays Research Routine

The course is for scientists and employees who are using generative artificial intelligence in their work and want to learn about how to use the technology efficiently and responsible in daily routine. We will learn the most important basics about large language models and will have plenty of time to go through practical use-cases. Attendees are asked to bring their own computers so that they can do exercises on their own. For advanced users, some additional exercises will demonstrate how to use large language models using Python programming (optional). Last but not least we will dive into ethical aspects and discuss how good scientific practice can be achived when working with artificial intelligence.
