In an interactive panel discussion we bring together thought leaders and stakeholders in politics, economy and research. How can we boost health and life science entrepreneurship in Germany? What can we learn from startup nations? Join us for this unique opportunity to share experiences and exchange opinions with various international players in an open atmosphere at the Berlin Institute for Medical Systems Biology.
ABOUT THE ORGANIZERS:
H3 Health Hub: We are a transfer academy of the six Helmholtz Health centers funded. Together, we enable researchers, employees and aspiring entrepreneurs to successfully transfer results from lab into business. We provide a platform for community, learning, events and collaborative projects in this field. Our partners from the regional life science ecosystems are integrated closely throughout the process. We are strategically supported by an advisory board of experts from pharma, entrepreneurship, innovation management and investment.
Helmholtz Israel: For us at the Helmholtz Tel Aviv Office, Entrepreneurship is a mindset, it is the ability to identify challenges and create solutions. We believe that everyone is born with the capacity of turning their knowledge and ideas into a venture that creates impact. That’s why we've embarked on an important mission in 2021 and created the cross-cultural workshop series Mind The Gap & Innovate, providing a curated set of programs that inspire Helmholtz researchers, (future) founders, TTOs and Innovation Reps to tap into their innovation core and develop their entrepreneurial skills, whilst effectively developing meaningful relationships across different cultures.
Springboard Health Angels: We combine our skills, networks, and backgrounds to support startups with far more than just cash. We bring in over 200 years experience combined in health tech and life sciences. We have been part of startups, VCs, public and private hospitals, pharma, management consulting firms, regulatory and government bodies, and top academic institutions.
