Join our Workshop on the Results of the HMC Data Professionals Survey 2024! 

The Workshop will take place online on 6th December 2024 at 10 am - 11 am CET in Zoom.

Aim of the workshop: The workshop aims to present findings from the HMC Data Professionals Survey 2024, offering insights into research data management within the Helmholtz Association. Participants will discuss identified gaps and needs, fostering interactive dialogue to shape future initiatives in data management. 

Target group: All Helmholtz staff working on tasks related to the management of research data (including research data managers, data professionals, librarians, software developers, etc.).

Abstract: 
In this workshop we present the key findings from the HMC Data Professionals Survey 2024, providing valuable insights into the current landscape of research data management across the Helmholtz Association. Participants will explore the status, gaps, and needs identified through the survey, gaining a comprehensive understanding of data professionals' work within our organization. The session will feature interactive discussions on common themes and potential fields of action, providing an opportunity for attendees to contribute their perspectives and shape future initiatives. Join us to learn about the survey results, engage with colleagues, and help define the path forward for data management in Helmholtz.
