Description

Background

Embarking on the journey of setting up your start-up or spin-off often comes with a variety of (legal) challenges. Oftentimes, founders are not even aware of the risks they face when founding and making their first entrepreneurial steps. In our session, we will give you a comprehensive ‚tour‘ of what you need to be aware of when founding. We will focus on the areas of labour law, intellectual property and corporate law.

Target audience

Spin-off teams who are already pursuing an idea; anyone who is interested in legal topics on founding a start-up.

Benefits

You will gain a better understanding of the various legal aspects involved in starting a business, including employment rules, protecting ideas, and how the company is best set up.
