Join us for a two-part workshop series designed for Postdocs and PhD students.

These half-day sessions will provide you with practical tools to enhance mental clarity, improve decision-making skills, and confidently navigate the uncertainties of academic life.

The workshops are organized in collaboration between the Leibniz Institute for Neurobiology in Magdeburg (LIN) and the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research - UFZ. In addition to gaining valuable skills, you will have the opportunity to connect with other scientists, share experiences, and expand your professional network.

In this workshop, we'll explore the cognitive biases that often cloud our judgment and decision-making as academics. You'll learn techniques to clear mental fog, prioritize effectively, and make confident decisions amidst the many choices you face.
